1.Replace COMS Battary.
2.Update BIOS Firmware..
Firmware BIOS
download and install it
3. Replace motherboard BIOS Memory IC

    Nice and great idea i really like to use this precious information an will tell you after doing these all. i think you are replacing these by using BGA rework station that is really great to have in your reworking house.
